Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using thetrendlinestrategy.com (the “Site”), purchasing any products or services, or using the trading strategy materials provided by One Simple Strategy, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, purchasing any of our products (including the Trendline Strategy or any related materials, courses, signals, or tools), or using any of our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. No Financial Advice

The information provided on the Site, in the Trendline Strategy, or any associated materials (collectively, the “Strategy”) is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any securities, currencies, commodities, or other financial instruments.

We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial professionals. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions.

2. High Risk of Trading

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The markets are volatile and unpredictable. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

By using our Strategy, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You may lose money.
  • No strategy, including ours, can eliminate risk or guarantee profits.
  • Trading decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
  • You are fully responsible for any and all losses, taxes, and other consequences resulting from your trading activities.

3. No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results, profits, or performance from the Strategy. All testimonials, examples, or performance figures shown on the Site are for illustration only and are not typical. Individual results will vary significantly based on market conditions, your experience, risk management, capital, psychology, and execution.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Strategy or Site
  • Any trading decisions you make
  • Any losses (financial or otherwise) you incur
  • Any inaccuracies or errors in the Strategy materials

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site and Strategy. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product (if any).

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Strategy
  • Your trading activities
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any third-party claims related to your actions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, methodologies, charts, videos, documents, and materials provided are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own personal trading only.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sell, resell, share, or publish the Strategy (in whole or in part)
  • Use it to create competing products or services
  • Remove any copyright notices

Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Any refund requests are at our sole discretion.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Use the Strategy or Site in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Misrepresent the Strategy, our relationship with you, or your results using the Strategy.
  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal trading activity.
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the Strategy or Site content.
  • Share, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer the Strategy materials (in whole or in part) to any third party.
  • Use the Strategy for any commercial purpose other than your own personal trading (including teaching, coaching, or building competing trading products/services).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, etc.) to access, monitor, or collect data from the Site.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Publish or make public any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the Strategy or your results.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or any other user’s experience.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
  • Use the Strategy in any jurisdiction where its use would be prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate any of these rules.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Strategy at any time, with or without cause, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the state of Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Strategy after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site and Strategy.
